All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax ("GST") unless stated to be otherwise but are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.An invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. Please enter your shipping address in the checkout form and we will check with our freight provider for the exact cost. We will contact you once we determined the final shipping fee. Once you confirm, we will send a shipment invoice.Kindly clear payment so we could ship the item asap. We will send a confirmation email with the tracking code once product has left our store.

Urban North Island: 2 - 3 days
Rural North Island: 5 - 10 days

Refund & Exchange
Please choose your purchases carefully as we do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind. We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.We recommend that you check dimensions to ensure they are the right size for your space and access doorways before purchase, courier and shipping costs are not refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
If you are exchanging for an item, which you paid for shipping on, your shipping fees will not be refunded.
For a full refund/exchange the goods must be returned in an original package as received by the purchaser.
All refund will be refunded by internet transfer into the provided account.
Preloved Condition
We are a licensed secondhand dealer.We sell preloved furniture, as is where is.
Please thoroughly inspect your furniture before purchasing.
We do not provide warranty for preloved furniture.
Warranty
We do not provide warranty for preloved furniture.Warranty on brand new furniture: All of our brand new products carry a 12 month RTB warranty if not specially stated. We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or abusing.
RTB (Return to Base) means the buyer pays for returning goods to us, we will fix or replace and pay for sending it back to the buyer.
The warranty does not include the damage, worn, colour change, fade and molds. If you think you are the type of buyer with extra higher standard, we recommend you to buy from a local shop or come to check the furniture thoroughly before dispatching.
If items are damaged (which are still under warranty) the repair will be at our expense, but you need to arrange the shipping back to our store, we will check if damages are caused by misuse or abusing,we try our best to get them fixed, but please use furniture properly, kindly take note on max weight limit.
The Consumer Guarantees Act doesn't apply to goods usually used for commercial use.
Privacy policy and Confidentiality
Unless you opt to receive messages from us we will not contact you again in future. If you have opted to receive ongoing communications and at a later date you no longer wish to receive these communications you will be able to opt out of receiving this information by contacting us by email or by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of emails sent to you.Opting out of receiving the above mentioned messages will not prevent the sending of messages that specifically relate to your order(s).
